Q: Is this just a “click-for-credit” online course?

A: No. Our program is not a passive, “click-to-complete” model. Students engage in a blended learning experience, working both online and in printed workbooks that follow along with the digital curriculum. Instruction is supported by certified teachers, weekly live office hours, and on-demand tutoring.

Q: Are there daily or weekly attendance requirements?

A: We do not require daily attendance submissions. However, student progress and engagement are continuously tracked within the learning system.

Q: How are the courses structured?

A: Courses are designed across two 20-week semesters. Students have the flexibility to work on their own schedule—including weekends and holidays—without waiting for weekly content to be posted. Each course includes pre-recorded lessons from certified teachers, already loaded and ready to access at any time, allowing students to work at a pace that fits their learning needs.

Q: Is on-demand academic support available?

A: Yes. Students can receive real-time academic support via an on-demand live chat and interactive whiteboard, providing immediate help when they need it.

Q: How are office hours conducted?

A: Office hours are held through Blackboard Collaborate, allowing for live, interactive sessions with teachers using audio, video, and chat tools.

Q: How do weekly office hours work for students?

A: Each student is able to schedule unlimited 1 on 1 sessions with a certified teacher. These sessions provide individualized academic support, check-ins, and opportunities to address questions or challenges.

Q: What if my student is struggling and needs additional support, such as small group or one-on-one instruction?

A: Students who need extra help can receive live, targeted support through small group or one-on-one instruction provided by a certified teacher. This personalized assistance ensures that students get the help they need to stay on track and succeed academically.
